Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Total Care Cleaning Solution, we strive to deliver top-quality cleaning services. Because we provide professional services rather than physical goods, our "Return" policy applies to service cancellations, rescheduling, and service satisfaction guarantees.

Refund & Return Timeframe

Customers may request a refund or return within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a designated number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you approved a refund for a cancelled booking and haven’t received it yet:

  • First, check your bank account or original payment platform again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes 3 to 7 business days for a refund to be officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at totalcare.cleaning@gmail.com.

Promotional & Sale

Only regular-priced standard cleaning packages may be eligible for partial refunds upon cancellation. Special promotional offers, flash sales, or heavily discounted holiday packages are non-refundable once booked.
